Refund Policy

Effective: 10 April 2026

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

1. What is covered

This refund policy applies to any license or software purchase made through the Fireal Portal at portal.fireal.dev. Every purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date, for any reason — including changing your mind. You do not need to justify your request.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@fireal.dev from the email address used for the purchase, and include:

  • Your license key (starts with LIC-), or the PayPal transaction ID if you do not have the key handy.
  • A one-line subject such as “Refund request”. You do not need to explain why.

We will confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within seven business days, though in most cases it is faster. The refund goes back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.

3. What happens to your license after a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is revoked. This means:

  • The license will no longer validate against our activation server.
  • Any machines currently activated against the license will lose Pro functionality the next time they check in.
  • You agree to stop using the refunded software and to delete any copies you have downloaded.

4. After the 14-day window

Once the 14-day window has passed, refunds are no longer automatic. If something goes wrong — for example, an unresolvable technical defect or a billing error — contact us anyway and we will work something out. We would rather make things right than have an unhappy customer, even outside the standard window.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Direct communication is faster for both of us, and chargebacks opened without prior contact may result in the license being permanently blacklisted.
